6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
Requests for a refund of professional services must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the scheduled service date. A refund will be processed after we confirm cancellation and will be issued via the original form of payment within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request to transfer the scheduled service to a future date at no additional fee.
Services that have been fully delivered and accepted are not eligible for a refund, as resources have already been allocated and completed work cannot be undone.
6.2 Information Products
All sales of digital content and information offerings are final due to immediate delivery. We do not provide refunds for information products once access has been granted. However, upon review of a valid concern submitted within 7 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward another digital item.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Requests must include proof of purchase. Once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will issue a refund via the original form of payment within 15 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use of our offerings after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
